采用3D打印技术生产大型防爆电机壳体铸件

摘要 介绍了电机壳体铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:采用半封闭式浇注系统,直浇道从铸件顶部引入,横浇道在铸件上部盘旋设置,内浇道从横浇道底部外侧引入型腔,铸件顶部法兰处设置冒口进行液态补缩;采用3D打印组芯造型,原砂采用100/140目硅砂,选用流涂的施涂方法;炉料配比为5%~15%生铁+50%~70%废钢+30%~35%回炉料,采用75SiFe进行孕育处理,孕育剂加入量0.15%;浇注时间45 s。首件铸件经检测,成形外观良好,整体尺寸精度达到CT 9级,符合验收标准。 The casting structure and technical requirements of the electric motor housing were introduced.The production process and method of the casting was described in detail:semi-pressured gating system was used,the sprue goes downward from top of casting,the runner bar was set spirally on the casting top part,the ingates went into mold cavity from outer side of the runner bar,risers were set on the top flange of casting to feed liquidly.The mold was made by using 3D-printed cores assembly.100/140 mesh silica sand was used as raw sand,flow coating process was adopted.Melting charge mixture ratio was of 5%~15%pig iron+50%~70%steel scrap+30%~35%foundry returns.75SiFe was used for inoculation,the adding amount of inoculant was of 0.15%,pouring time was of 45 s.The inspection result of the first casting showed:its exterior form was good,the overall dimensional accuracy of casting reached CT 9 grade,meeting acceptance standard.
