摘要
当前我国的脱贫工作已进入最后的攻坚期和关键期,构建新形势下脱贫帮扶对象精准识别和帮扶机制以及实施精准脱贫策略迫在眉睫_,文章以宁夏西吉县硝河乡新庄村为例,剖析当前民族地区精准扶贫的现状、经验以及面临难题。通过案例研究,准确把握新形势下民族地区精准脱贫工作的关键,为激活西部民族地区发展内生活力提供对策思考。
At present,China's poverty alleviation work has entered the final and critical period.It is urgent to build a mechanism for accurate identification,assistance of poverty alleviation targets in the new situation and implement a targeted poverty alleviation strategy.Taking Xinzhuang Village of Xiaohe Town in Xiji County of Ningxia as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation,experience and difficulties of targeted poverty alleviation in minority areas.The research will focus on how to carry out targeted poverty alleviation in western minority areas so as to accurately grasp the key of the targeted poverty alleviation work in ethnic areas under the new situation,and provides reference and reference basis for the top-level design to activate the endogenous vitality of the development of western minority regions.
