摘要
室内进行装船机轨道静弯试验,实验模拟装船机轨道的实际安装形式,研究不同支撑系统对钢轨位移和变形的影响。采用大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS模拟轨道在多轮压、单轮压、偏心荷载作用下,不同支撑系统对轨道应力的响应。
Static bending test of ship loader track is carried out indoor,and the installation of ship loader track is simulated by experiment in order to study the influence of different supporting systems on the track displacement and deformation.As the universal finite element analysis software for large-size equipment,ABAQUS is used to simulate the track’s response to the stresses under multi-wheel load,single-wheel load,eccentric load and different supporting systems.
