摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病性非酮症偏侧舞蹈症的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:对福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的1例糖尿病性非酮症偏侧舞蹈症患者的临床特点及治疗方法进行分析,并对国内外文献进行复习。结果:本例糖尿病性非酮症偏侧舞蹈症患者,舞蹈样症状较突出,血糖控制差,但血酮体阴性;头颅MRI可见基底节病灶;经过积极控制血糖,以及加用多巴胺受体拮抗药,能较好地控制舞蹈症状。结论:早期诊断对糖尿病性非酮症偏侧舞蹈症非常重要,经过积极治疗,预后良好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods for diabetic nonketotic unilateral chorea.Method:The clinical characteristics and treatment methods of a case with diabetic nonketotic unilateral chorea admitted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were analyzed,and the literature at home and abroad were reviewed.Result:In this case of diabetic nonketotic unilateral chorea,the chorea symptoms were more prominent,the blood glucose control was poor,but the blood ketone body was negative.Head MRI showed basal ganglia lesion.After the active control of blood glucose and the addition of dopamine receptor antagonists,chorea symptoms can be better control.Conclusion:Early diagnosis for diabetic nonketotic unilateral chorea is very important.The prognosis is favorable after active treatment.
