摘要
目的:研究中医捏脊加揉按足三里对提高早产儿生活质量的临床应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年6月-2020年5月出生的100例早产儿,随机分成两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规保健干预,试验组在此基础上进行中医捏脊加揉按足三里疗法,比较两组治疗前后体重及1 d摄入奶量,呕吐、胃潴留及腹胀消失时间,恢复体重及达全肠道喂养时间,治疗前后身高、头围情况。结果:治疗前两组体重及1 d摄入奶量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后,试验组体重及1 d摄入奶量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组呕吐、胃潴留及腹胀消失时间、恢复出生体重及达全肠道喂养时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组出生时身高及头围比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出生6个月后,试验组身高及头围均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对早产儿实施中医捏脊加揉按足三里疗法,有助于缩短早产儿各种临床症状消失时间,缩短患儿体质量开始增加时间,提高患儿的摄奶量,增加体重、身高及头围指标,有助于保障患儿的健康成长。
Objective:To study the clinical application effect of chiropractic and rubbing Zusanli on improving the quality of life of premature infants.Method:A total of 100 premature infants born in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic and rubbing Zusanli therapy on the basis of this.The weight and 1 day milk intake before and after treatment,the time of vomiting,gastric retention and abdominal distension disappearing,the time to regain the weight and reach the total intestinal feeding time,the height and head circumference before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in body weight and 1 day milk intake before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),after 4 weeks of treatment,body weight and 1 day milk intake in the experimental group were both higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of vomiting,gastric retention and bloating disappeared,the time of recovering birth weight and reaching the total enteral feeding in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in height and head circumference between the two groups at birth(P>0.05),6 months after birth,the height and head circumference in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For premature infants,the implementation of TCM chiropractic plus rubbing Zusanli therapy can help to shorten the disappearance time of various clinical symptoms in premature infants,shorten the time for children’s body mass to begin to increase,increase the milk intake of children,increase weight,height and head circumference indicators,help to ensure
