摘要
目的:探析在慢性盆腔炎患者中应用综合护理干预对患者疼痛程度及负面情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的66例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据就诊顺序排号,按照数字奇偶法分成两组,每组33例,单数为对照组(行常规护理),双数为研究组(行综合护理干预),对比两组疼痛程度及负面情绪。结果:护理前两组疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组焦虑评分及抑郁评分对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组两种负面情绪评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组各项生活质量评分对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性盆腔炎患者中应用综合护理干预不仅可以减轻疼痛程度,还可以改善负面情绪,使患者生活质量提升,临床价值显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain degree and negative emotion in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:A total of 66 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation admitted to the author’s hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected,The patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of medical treatment,33 patients in each group,The singular number was the control group(receiving routine nursing),and the even number was the study group(receiving comprehensive nursing intervention).The pain degree and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in anxiety scores and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,the scores of two negative emotions in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can not only reduce the degree of pain,but also improve the negative mood,so that the patients’quality of life,clinical value is significant.
