摘要
为科学地评价近距煤层重复采动对上覆排洪渠(里程K0+000~K2+210)安全性影响。从覆岩地层结构、覆岩破坏影响预测、地表破坏影响预测三个方面分析了煤层重复采动对上覆排洪渠安全性影响;其次依据突水溃砂理论对排洪渠下采煤安全性进行分析评价;最后依据评价结果,提出科学防治方案。得到以下结论:排洪渠里程K1+760~K2+210区段受煤层采动引起地表移动张拉破坏,影响排洪渠安全运行;K1+760~K2+210区导水裂隙带贯通至地表,排洪渠错断水体下渗,导致工作面涌水量增大,影响采矿安全;设计排洪渠底部“保护层+防渗层+支持层”防渗方案,解决了水体下渗问题,保障采煤期间井下安全。
To assess impact on flood relief channel(milestone K0+000~K2+210)safety and control technology from close under coal repeated mining scientifically,from overburden strata structure,overburden destruction prediction and surface destruction prediction three aspects analyzed the impact.Then based on water-sand bursting mechanism has carried out analytical assessment on mining safety under flood discharge channel.Finally according to assessed result proposed scientific control scheme.The study has concluded that within flood relief channel milestone K1+760~K2+210 segment has been destructed by coal mining caused surface displacement extension and impacted flood relief channel safe running.The segment’s water conducted zone has been run through to surface,flood relief channel broken caused water infiltration downward,working face water inflow has increased and impacted safe mining.Designed flood relief channel bottom“protective layer+impervious layer+supporting layer”infiltration prevention scheme has solved water infiltration downward issue,guaranteed underground safety during coal mining.
