摘要
结合水利网络安全新形势新要求和南京水利科学研究院网络安全体系建设现状,深入开展研究,提出多层次一体化的"三位一体"网络安全体系建设方案。
This paper describes the confidentiality,integrity,controllability and traceability of network information security,the problems and countermeasures of network information security management,including the optimization of operating system,network monitoring technology,authority setting and virus killing,encryption technology application.
