摘要
我国是农业大国,农村人口众多,农村医疗卫生领域长期存在短板,城乡间与地区间均存在差距。乡村振兴战略背景之下,农村医疗卫生服务短板将掣肘乡村振兴。文章对新中国成立70多年来的农村医疗卫生事业发展情况进行了系统回顾分析,在肯定成就、总结经验的基础上找出我国农村医疗卫生服务还存在的供需矛盾,结合乡村振兴战略,聚焦问题导向并提出政策建议。
China is a large agricultural nation with a huge rural population.Health care in rural area has a long-term short board,leading to a gap between urban and rural areas.Under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the short board of health services in rural areas would constrain the revitalization of rural areas.It systematically reviews and analyzes the development of rural medical and health services more than 70 years since the founding of People’s Republic of China.On the basis of affirming achievements and summing up experiences,it aims to find out the contradiction between supply and demand in China’s rural health services,combining the strategy of rural revitalization,focusing on problem-oriented and making policy recommendations.
