摘要
目的:分析经内镜治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的方案及疗效。方法:2018年11月-2019年11月收治食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。试验组采用经内镜治疗,对照组采取常规止血药物治疗,比较两组止血时间、住院天数及治疗总有效率。结果:试验组住院天数少于对照组,止血时间快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取经内镜治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血方案比较理想,可以提高止血成功率,还能使患者静脉曲张情况逐渐消失,治疗效果理想。
Objective:To analyze the scheme and efficacy of endoscopic treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,50 patients with esophageal variceal bleeding were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with endoscope.The control group was treated with routine hemostatic drugs.The time of hemostasis,the days of hospitalization and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of hospital stay was less than that of the control group,the hemostatic time of the experimental group was faster than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scheme of endoscopic treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding is ideal,which can not only improve the success rate of hemostasis,but also make the patients'varicose veins disappear gradually,and the therapeutic effect is ideal.
