摘要
目的:分析薄芝糖肽调节热性惊厥患儿免疫功能及改善临床症状的作用。方法:2015年8月-2019年3月收治热性惊厥患儿76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组实施一般性治疗,研究组在一般治疗基础上给予薄芝糖肽治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后外周血B淋巴细胞群及T淋巴细胞群的指标参数均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后免疫功能指标水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:薄芝糖肽调节热性惊厥患儿免疫功能及改善临床症状的效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of ganoderma lucidum glycopeptide on regulating immune function and improving clinical symptoms in children with febrile convulsion.Methods:From August 2015 to March 2019,76 cases of febrile convulsion children were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general treatment,while the study group was treated with ganoderma lucidum glycopeptide on the basis of general treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the index parameters of peripheral blood B lymphocytes populations and T lymphocytes populations in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The immune function indexes of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ganoderma lucidum glycopeptide on regulating immune function and improving clinical symptoms in children with febrile convulsion is remarkable.
