摘要
调研结果显示,当前提升非公党建组织力存在问题有:从基本组织看,“四类企业”组织力量建设有待增强;从基本制度看,“四类企业”考评激励机制有待完善;从基本活动看,“四类企业”组织生活质量有待提高;从基本保障看,“四类企业”保障体系建设有待优化。解决以上问题的对策建议:建设职责清晰、追责有据的制度体系;建设科学严谨、规范有序的组织体系;建设切实可行、精准管理的考核体系;建设支撑有力、管理精细的保障体系。
The survey results show that the current problems in improving the organizational strength of non-public party building include:from the basic organization,the organizational strength of the"four types of enterprises"needs to be strengthened;from the basic system,the evaluation and incentive mechanism of the"four types of enterprises"needs to be improved;from the basic activities From the perspective of basic security,the quality of life of the"four types of enterprises"needs to be improved;from the perspective of basic guarantees,the construction of the"four types of enterprises"security system needs to be optimized.Countermeasures to solve the above problems:build a system with clear responsibilities and well-founded accountability;build a scientific,rigorous,standardized and orderly organizational system;build a practical and accurate management assessment system;build a supportive and well-managed guarantee system.
