摘要
专业是大学人才培养的基本单元,也是职业分化的基础。新时期,国家推进“一流本科”建设,对“专业”发展提出了更高的要求。特别是专业素养的研究和探索,对于加强专业建设,培养学生专业能力,提高学生综合素养具有重要意义。基于学生发展核心素养的研究成果,结合心理学专业特点,构建了心理学专业学生应具备的心理学专业学习能力、心理学专业基础能力、心理学专业应用能力、心理学专业创新能力、心理学专业服务能力五方面的专业核心素养。并在此基础上提出了加强一流课程体系建设,一流师资队伍建设,一流课堂评价体系,一流实践体系和一流社会服务体系等发展路径,为心理学专业学生培养及一流心理学专业建设提供重要理论支撑。
Subject serves as the basic unit of college talents cultivation,and the foundation of occupational differentiation.In the new era,the state is endeavoring to promote the construction of“first-class undergraduate programs"for upgrading the development of subjects.The research and exploration of professional quality,particularly,are of great significance to strengthen professional construction and cultivate students'professional ability and comprehensive quality.This paper reviewed the research on the development of students’core competences to consider the five professional core accomplishments of psychology,including learning ability,basic performance,applied skills,innovative ability and professional service of psychology.It,therefore,explored the paths to the development of first-class construction of course system,faculty team,classroom evaluation system,practice system and social service system,which provides important theoretical support for the cultivation of students in psychology and the construction of first-class subject of psychology.
