摘要
在传统的工业过程中,针对现场工作站的存储及计算能力有限,导致系统的过程监测数据利用不充分,难以实现实时故障诊断的等问题,提出了基于工业物联网的工业过程故障诊断系统。该系统结合了物联网、云计算和基于数据的故障诊断技术,实现了对工业现场的实时监控和在线诊断,并将该系统部署在云平台上,可以为不同的工厂实现定制化的状态监控服务。最后将该系统应用在工业过程智能控制实验室(I2PIC)的非线性水箱系统中,验证了该系统的有效性。
In the traditional industrial process,due to the limited storage and computing capacity of the on-site workstations,the system's process monitoring data is not fully utilized and it is diffi cult to realize real-time fault diagnosis.An industrial process fault diagnosis system based on the Industrial Internet of Things is proposed.The system combines the Internet of Things,cloud computing and data-based fault diagnosis technology to achieve real-time monitoring and online diagnosis of industrial sites,and deploy the system on a cloud platform to achieve customized status for different factories Monitoring service.Finally,the system was applied to the nonlinear water tank system of the Industrial Process Intelligent Control Laboratory(I2PIC),and the effectiveness of the system was verifi ed.
