230名肿瘤科护士护理胜任力现状及其人口学变量的影响 被引量:3

Analysis of nursing competency status and influencing factors of 230 oncology nurses

摘要 目的调查济南市三甲医院肿瘤科护士的护理胜任力,并分析人口学因素对其的影响。方法采用整群抽样的方法,运用一般资料调查表、肿瘤专科护士护理胜任力量表对山东省济南市5所三甲医院的230名肿瘤科护士进行调查。结果230名肿瘤科护士护理胜任力总均分为(4.14±0.44)分,处于较高水平,其中沟通协调能力得分最高(4.36±0.49)分,专业发展能力得分最低(3.73±0.63)分;年龄、护龄、职务、聘用方式与护士的护理胜任力得分呈正相关(r=0.24,P<0.01;r=0.17,P<0.01;r=0.14,P<0.05;r=0.26,P<0.01),学历与评判性思维能力呈正相关(r=0.14,P<0.05),职称与专业发展能力呈正相关(r=0.15,P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,影响护士护理胜任力的主要因素是聘用方式。结论肿瘤科护士护理胜任力总体处于较高水平,但仍需加强对专业发展能力、临床实践能力、评判性思维能力的培养,尤其是年轻护士、临时合同护士,使肿瘤科护士护理胜任力整体更进一步。 Objective To investigate the nursing competence of nurses in the oncology department of the third Grade A Hospital in Jinan,and analyze the influencing factors of its demography.Methods Using the method of cluster sampling,a total of 230 nurses in oncology departments from 5 Third Grade A hospitals in Shandong Province were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire and the Competence Evaluation Scale of Oncology Nurse Specialist.Results The total nursing competence of 230 oncology nurses was(4.14±0.44)points at a high level,with the highest score of communication and coordination ability(4.36±0.49)points and the lowest score of professional development ability(3.73±0.63)points.There was a positive correlation between the age,working time,job position and hiring style and the core competence score of the nurse(r=0.24,P<0.01;r=0.17,P<0.01;r=0.14,P<0.05;r=0.26,P<0.01).Academic qualifications were positively correlated with critical thinking ability(r=0.14,P<0.05).The professional title was positively correlated with professional development ability(r=0.15,P<0.05).Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factor affecting the core competence of nurses in oncology departments was the hiring style.Conclusions The overall nursing competence of oncology nurses is at a high level,but it is still necessary to strengthen the cultivation of professional development ability,clinical practice ability and critical thinking ability,especially for young nurses and temporary contract nurses,so as to further improve the overall nursing competence of oncology nurses.
