狭窄基坑吹砂回填方法探究和应用案例

摘要 针对基坑狭窄区域回填土车辆及挖机无法通行特点,将回填土变更为石粉,结合喷锚技术[1],将石粉通过大功率混凝土机械喷至回填位置。此技术极大提高了基坑狭窄区域回填效率,保障后续施工进度,喷射石粉可将石粉自主沉降,保证回填密实度,同时控制扬尘,保护环境。吹砂回填法保证了施工质量,提高效率节约工期,降低成本同时保护了环境。 In view of the impassability of backfill vehicles and excavators in the narrow area of foundation pit,the backfill soil is changed into stone powder,and the stone powder is blown to the backfill position by high-power concrete machinery combined with anchor blowing technique.The technology greatly improves the backfilling efficiency in the narrow area of the foundation pit,and guarantees the follow-up construction progress.The sand-blowing backfilling method ensures the construction quality,improves the efficiency,saves the construction time,reduces the cost and protects the environment.
