摘要
校办企业是高职院校创新发展的重要推手,在促进产教融合、育人培优、补充办学经费等方面具有鲜明优势。近年来,校办企业发展迅速,对高职院校的服务价值和推动作用日益凸显,但也暴露了运营和管理缺陷。改善校办企业运营现状,提高经营管理水平,需从问题着手,有的放矢,创新财务管理模式、优化经营管理质量、完善监督管理体系、健全绩效激励机制。
School-run enterprises are an important driving force for the innovation and development of vocational and technical institutes.They have distinct advantages in promoting the integration of production and education,educating students and cultivating excellent students,and supplementing the school-running funds.In recent years,with the rapid development of school-run enterprises,the service value and promotion function of vocational and technical institutes have become increasingly prominent.But the defects in operation and management have also become obvious.To improve the operation status of school-run enterprises and improve the level of operation and management,it is necessary to start from the problems and be aimed at the target,innovate the mode of financial management,optimize the quality of operation and management,better the supervision and management system,and perfect the performance incentive mechanism.
