摘要
山丘区河道由于河道狭窄,水文条件较为复杂,该区域电力工程应满足设计防洪要求。本文以哈尔滨蜚克图河流域某电力工程为例,介绍蜚克图河洪水来源及特征,分析50a一遇洪水位的计算过程,研究山丘区河道洪水对电力工程的影响;并采用历史洪水调查和曼宁公式两种方法分别进行计算,相互验证。结果表明,二者结果基本一致,结论可靠。
Because the river in the hilly area is narrow,and the hydrological conditions are more complicated,the power project should meet the requirements of design flood control. In order to study the influence of river flood on power project in hilly area,a power project of Feiketu River in Harbin is taken as an example,the source and characteristics of flood of Feiketu River in Harbin are introduced;the calculation process of flood level of 50 year return period is analyzed,and the influence of river flood on power project in hilly area is studied. Then,such two methods as historical flood investigation and Manning formula are used to calculate and verify each other. The results show that the two results are basically consistent and the conclusion is reliable.
