摘要
为了研究软岩巷道破碎岩体注浆扩散规律,以裴沟煤矿深部42采区巷道为背景,建立了注浆液体扩散的数值计算模型,采用离散元软件分析了5种不同注浆压力和5种不同水灰比条件下浆液扩散特征,研究表明影响浆液扩散半径显著的因素排序为注浆压力大于水灰比,并探讨了巷道围岩径向和切向方向上注浆压力随着距离巷道表面距离增加呈先增大而后衰减的变化规律,但衰减具有差异性,最后进行了注浆效果的检验。研究结果对软岩巷道破碎岩体注浆加固具有很好的参考价值。
In order to research the fractured rock grouting diffusion law of soft rock roadway mining,with 42 mining area roadway in Peigou Coal Mine as the background,the numerical calculation of grout liquid diffusion model is established,the five different grouting pressure and grout diffusion under the condition of five different water cement ratio characteristics are analyzed using discrete element software.The results show that the grouting pressure is greater than water cement ratio.The laws of grouting pressure with distance increased around the radial and tangential direction of roadway surrounding rock roadway surface are different.Finally,the grouting effect is tested in site.The research results have a good reference value for grouting reinforcement of fractured rock mass in soft rock roadway.
