摘要
近年来,陕西省以习近平生态文明思想为指导,认真贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署,严格落实“党政同责”“一岗双责”,推动陕西省生态环境建设取得长足发展。强化政治担当,以秦岭生态环境保护为抓手,统筹推进秦岭区域山水林田湖草系统治理,让秦岭美景永驻、青山常在、绿水长流;保持战略定力,以黄河流域生态保护为重点,坚决打赢污染防治攻坚战,全省主要河流水质持续改善,确保了“一泓清水永续北上”;深化改革创新,坚持以人民为中心,坚定不移助推经济高质量发展;顺应疫情防控常态化新形势,积极主动服务“六稳”“六保”大局,精准服务企业复工复产;加快推进党委领导、政府主导、企业主体、社会共同参与的现代环境治理体系。
In recent years,Shaanxi Province is guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization,earnestly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and ensured that both CPC committees and governments are held accountable and that officials take responsibility for workplace safety in performing their duties so as to improve Shaanxi’s environmental quality.Shaanxi has strengthened its fundamental political responsibility by taking the environmental protection of the Qin Mountains as the starting point and promoting the management of the Qinling region’s landscapes,forests,fields,lakes and grasses in a coordinated way so that the beautiful scenery of the Qin Mountains will always be there.Shaanxi has maintained its strategic focus on ecological protection of the Yellow River Basin to resolutely win the battle for prevention and control of pollution.As a result,the continuous improvement of the water quality of the main rivers in the province has ensured that“clean water will continue to flownorthward”;Shaanxi has deepened reforms and furthered innovations,adhered to the people-centered approach,and unswervingly promoted high-quality economic development.Conforming to the new situation of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,Shaanxi has actively served the overall situation of“six stability”and“six guarantees”and provided tailor-made services for enterprises to resume work and production.Shaanxi has advanced the establishment of a modern environmental governance system with the party committee as the core,the government as the predominant force,the enterprises as the entities,and the society as a whole as the participating party.
