摘要
习近平总书记对河北省生态文明建设的重要指示和深邃思考是习近平生态文明思想的重要组成部分,为美丽河北建设指明了前进方向,注入了强大动力。河北省委、省政府坚持以习近平生态文明思想为指引,加快建设天蓝地绿水清的美丽河北。一是为切实解决大气污染问题、打赢蓝天保卫战出重拳、下猛药,统筹推进压能、减煤、治企、降尘、控车等重点任务,坚决摘掉污染“黑帽子”。二是紧紧围绕首都水源涵养功能区和京津冀生态环境支撑区战略定位,制定实施“两区”建设规划及实施意见,加大生态修复和保护力度,尤其把保障京津生态安全、水源安全作为重大政治任务,坚持“三水”统筹。三是把白洋淀生态环境治理和修复保护作为重大政治任务,努力把雄安新区打造成蓝绿交织、清新明亮、水城共融的新时代生态文明典范城市。
Important instructions and deep thinking of Hebei Province’s ecological civilization construction from Xi Jinping is an important part of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization.It pointed out the way forward and injected strong impetus into the process to building a beautiful Hebei Province.Guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization,we accelerated the construction of a beautiful Hebei Province with blue sky,green land and clear water.Firstly,We coordinated and promoted key tasks such as reducing production capacity and coal use,controlled industry enterprises pollution and dust pollution,and reduced the number of motor vehicles for solving the problem of air pollution.Next,we formulated and implemented the construction plan and implementation guidelines for the Beijing’s water conservation area and ecology and environment support area,and intensified efforts to restore and protect the ecology,especially ecological and water resource safety.Finally,as a major political task,the ecology and environment restoration and protection of Baiyang Lake should be valued.We would strive to make Xiongan New Area became a civilized and ecological city with picturesque scenery.
