超声波辅助提取白芸豆皂苷的工艺 被引量:2

Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction of Kidney Bean Saponins in the Process Research

摘要 采用超声波辅助提取白芸豆的皂苷,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究乙醇体积分数、超声时间、超声功率和料液比对2种芸豆皂苷得率的影响;以齐墩果酸为对照,5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸为显色剂,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定芸豆总皂苷含量。结果表明,白芸豆的最佳提取条件分别为:乙醇体积分数70%,超声时间40 min,超声功率75 W,料液比1︰20(g/mL)。在此条件下白芸豆皂苷得率为6.764%。 To extract and determine the content of saponins,white kidney bean by ultrasonic assisted extraction of kidney bean saponins,was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and material liquid ratio on the yield of two kinds of kidney bean saponins.With oleanolic acid as the contrast,5%vanillin-glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid as the chromogenic agent,through ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry determine the content of total saponins kidney bean.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition of white kidney bean was respectively volume ratio of ethanol 70%,ultrasonic time for 40 min,the ultrasonic power 75 W,and material liquid ratio of 1︰20(g/mL),under the condition of the white kidney bean saponins yield were 6.764%.
