响应面法优化超临界CO2萃取怀山药油提取工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of Supercritical CO Extraction of Dioscorea opposite Oil by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以怀山药为原料,研究超临界CO2萃取怀山药油的工艺条件,考察萃取压力、萃取时间、萃取温度及CO2流量对怀山药油提取率的影响,在单因素基础上,以怀山药油提取率为响应值,采用三因素三水平的响应曲面分析法优化提取工艺。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取怀山药油脂的最佳条件为:CO2流量25 kg/h,萃取压力35.7 MPa、萃取时间99 min、萃取温度50.4℃。此条件下怀山药油萃取率达19.886%±1.26%,与预测值接近。 The technical condition of extracting Dioscorea opposite oil by supercritical CO2 and the effect of the extraction pressure,temperature,time and CO2 flow rate on the extraction rate were studied with Dioscorea opposite as materials.The experiments were arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite experiment design on the basis of single factor experiments.The results showed the optimal process parameters of supercritical CO2 extraction for oil from Dioscorea opposite were founded to be CO2 flow rate of 25 kg/h,extraction pressure of 35.7 MPa,extraction time of 99 min and extraction temperature of 50.4℃.Under this condition,the actual Dioscorea opposite oil yield was 19.886%±1.26%,and in good agreement with its predicted value by model.
