摘要
本文设计了一套基于单片机与LoRa组合式电气火灾探测器。探测器设计了电压采集调理电路、电流采集调理电路、剩余电流采集调理电路及温度采集调理电路,检测线路中的三相电压、三相电流、剩余电流及温度等电参量与温度参量,若线路存在过欠电压、短路、开路、漏电及温度异常等电气故障,现场立即发出声光报警且显示其故障信息,并通过LoRa无线通信模块将实时信息上传到云服务平台。故障信息通过电脑与手机及时推送给用户,用户对其进行远程监管与控制。测试结果表明,基于单片机与LoRa的组合式电气火灾探测器反应灵敏、稳定性好,可在大型建筑商业住宅场所广泛使用。
In the paper,a set of combined electrical fire detector based on single chip microcomputer and LoRa is designed.The detector designs voltage acquisition and conditioning circuit,current acquisition and conditioning circuit,residual current acquisition and conditioning circuit,temperature acquisition and conditioning circuit.It detects the three-phase voltage,three-phase current,residual current,temperature and other electrical parameters and temperature parameters of the line.If the line has over-voltage,short-circuit,open circuit,leakage and abnormal temperature and other electrical faults,the scene will immediately send out sound and light alarm and display the fault information,and upload the real-time information to the cloud service platform through LoRa wireless communication module.The fault information is timely pushed to the user through the computer and mobile phone,and the user carries out remote supervision and control on it.The test results show that the combined electric fire detector based on single chip microcomputer and LoRa is sensitive and stable,and can be widely used in large-scale buildings,commercial and residential places.
