摘要
铝合金是实现新能源汽车轻量化的理想材料之一。7278铝合金是航空航天常用超硬铝合金,其板料应用于新能源汽车零部件将极大提升汽车的性能,但其成形性能较差。利用DEFORM-3D数值模拟软件,对7278铝合金薄板的拉深性能进行了研究。结果表明,7278铝合金板料合理拉深温度为355℃;不同厚度的7278铝合金板料在合理拉深温度下性能不同,1.2mm、2.5mm、3.0mm厚度的较差,1.6mm、2.0mm厚度的性能较好;1.6mm厚度的金属拉深时流动均匀,2.0mm厚度的金属拉深时流动不均匀。
Aluminum alloy is one of the ideal materials to solve the lightweight of new energy vehicles.7278 aluminum alloy is a superhard aluminum alloy used in aerospace.The application of its sheet material to automobile parts will greatly improve the performance of new energy automobiles,but its forming performance is poor.In this paper,the drawing performance of 7278 aluminum alloy sheet is studied by using DEFORM-3 D numerical simulation software.The research shows that the reasonable drawing temperature of 7278 aluminum alloy sheet is 355℃.The forming performance of 7278 aluminum alloy with different plate thickness is different at reasonable drawing temperature.The performance of 1.2 mm,2.5 mm and3.0 mm is poor,while 1.6 mm and 2.0 mm is good.1.6 mm thick metal flows uniformly in drawing.The flow of 2.0 mm thick metal is uneven in drawing.
