摘要
法律硕士“民法学”课程具有强调职业伦理、重视学术道德及职业教育、鼓励创新实践、坚持问题导向、突出案例教学等特点。开展法律硕士“民法学”课程思政,必须在明确教学目标的前提下,把思政教育贯穿于教学的全过程。在教学中,应当精心设计教学环节,将理论学习与思政目标相互融合,采取灵活的教学方法,循序渐进地融入思政元素,增强法律硕士“民法学”课程思政的感染力,加深法律硕士对课程所涉思政元素的理论认同与情感共鸣。在学业评价问题上,应当坚持“从知到行”的评价目标,建立以法律硕士为中心的法律硕士课程思政考核评价体系,关注教学全过程,实现民法学课程思政的教学目标。
The course of civil law for JM is characterized by the emphasis of professional ethics,academic morality and vocational education,the encouragement of scientific research innovation,the adherence to the problem orientation,and importance attached to case teaching.The teaching objectives of ideological and political education in JM civil law course should be clarified and conducted throughout the teaching process.Teaching steps should be carefully designed to integrate the theoretical learning and ideological and political objectives,by using flexible teaching methods to gradually lead the ideological and political elements into the course,to step up the impressiveness of the ideological and political education of the course,and to deepen the theoretical recognition and emotional resonance of the ideological and political elements involved.As to the academic evaluation,we should adhere to the evaluation goal“from knowledge to practice”,establish a JM-centered evaluation system for this course,pay attention to the whole teaching process,with a view to realizing the ideological and political teaching goal of civil law course.
