摘要
合成氨装置冰机在运行过程中密封系统曾多次出现故障,导致氨产品污染甚至出现密封介质氨外漏的情况,对装置运行以及环境安全造成较大的影响。通过分析几起典型的密封系统故障原因,提出解决措施。
During the operation of refrigerating machine in synthetic ammonia plant,failures in sealing systems occurred several times,leading to ammonia product contamination,even ammonia leakage,bringing hazard to plant operation and environment safety. After analyzing several typical failures in sealing system,the treatment measures were presented.
