摘要
目的比较经尿道EMS超声碎石与钬激光碎石治疗膀胱结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年5月—2019年12月我院泌尿外科48例采用经尿道EMS超声碎石(EMS碎石组)及26例采用钬激光碎石(钬激光碎石组)治疗膀胱结石患者的临床资料,比较2组手术时间、出血量、术后尿管留置时间、住院时间等。结果2组患者结石均彻底清除干净,无明显并发症发生。钬激光碎石组手术时间、术中出血量、术后尿管留置时间、住院时间均低于EMS碎石组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱钬激光碎石较EMS超声碎石治疗膀胱结石具有手术时间短、出血量少、术后留置尿管时间短、住院时间短等优势,是一种理想的手术方式,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of transurethral EMS ultrasonic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of bladder stones.Methods the clinical data of 48 patients with bladder stones treated by transurethral EMS ultrasonic lithotripsy and 26 patients with bladder stones treated by holmium laser lithotripsy in urology department of our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results the stones in the two groups were completely removed without obvious complications.There was significant difference in the amount of bleeding between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with EMS ultrasonic lithotripsy,transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy has the advantages of shorter operation time,less blood loss,shorter postoperative indwelling catheter time and shorter hospitalization time.It is an ideal surgical method for the treatment of bladder stones,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
