摘要
文章对轨道交通电力机车核心部件实施智能制造的必要性进行分析,结合产品和工艺特点,按照智能化、信息化、数字化生产的设计理念,建设电机定子铁芯叠装、线圈制作、定转子嵌线等核心部件以及整机组装智能化示范生产线,综合应用智能感应技术、生产过程控制技术、智能检测技术、智能物流与仓储技术,实现涵盖设计、生产、检测、物流全流程的自动化、信息化、智能化、网络化智能制造新模式,为同行业实施智能制造提供参考。
The article analyzes the necessity of intelligent manufacturing of core components of rail transit electric locomotives, combines product and process characteristics, and builds motor stator core stacking, coil production, stator and rotor embedding etc. core components and complete machine assembly intelligent demonstration production line, comprehensive application of intelligent induction technology, production process control technology, intelligent detection technology, intelligent logistics and warehousing technology, to achieve the new model of automation, intelligent and networked intelligent manufacturing covering the entire process of design, production, testing, and logistics, to provides a reference for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in the same industry.
