摘要
食品安全问题关系到国家经济发展,社会秩序稳定,民族强盛,一直是消费者关注的热点和焦点问题。畜禽产品作为人们日常餐桌上不可或缺的蛋白质来源,保证其产品质量和安全,对维护消费者身心健康具有十分重要的现实意义。该文主要分析影响畜产品质量安全的因素,论述相应的对策。
Food safety is related to the country's economic development,social stability,a strong nation,has been the focus of attention and focus of consumers.As an indispensable source of protein on people's daily table,livestock and poultry products are of great practical significance for safeguarding consumers physical and mental health.This paper mainly analyzes the factors affecting the quality and safety of livestock products,and discusses the corresponding countermeasures.
