摘要
目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合综合护理措施治疗顽固性心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2018年4月~2019年9月在我院内科诊治的80例老年顽固性心力衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各40例。两组均常规给予利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、洋地黄类药物治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用贝那普利;治疗组加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,治疗期间给予综合护理干预措施。治疗2个月比较两组的临床疗效、药物不良反应及患者满意度情况。结果治疗2个月后,治疗组的临床有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗顽固性心力衰竭的效果较好,而正确的护理和宣教是提高心力衰竭患者治疗依从性、取得良好疗效的重要因素,并能提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of sacubitril and valsartan combined with comprehensive nursing measures in the treatment of patients with intractable heart failure.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with intractable heart failure who were diagnosed and treated in the internal medicine department of our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group with 40 cases each.The control group was routinely given diuretics,β-receptor blockers,and digitalis drugs.The control group was treated with benazepril on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with sacubitril and valsartan.The treatment group was given comprehensive nursing interventions during treatment.After 2 months of treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups,and compare the adverse drug reactions and patient satisfaction.Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan is effective in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Correct nursing and education are important factors in improving the compliance of patients with heart failure and achieving good curative effect,and can improve patient satisfaction.
