摘要
为了研究芴基团、氟原子和柔性醚键同时引入对聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜性能的影响。使用9,9′-二(4-氨基,3-三氟甲基苯氧基苯基)芴、邻苯二胺(OPDA)、联苯四甲酸酐(BPDA)、3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四甲酸酐(BTDA)、2,2′-双[4-二羧酸基苯氧基苯基]丙烷二酐(BPADA)并采用均聚或共聚法制备PI薄膜,考察了芴基团与氟原子的引入对PI薄膜溶解性能、热性能和电绝缘性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着芴基团与氟原子的引入,PI的溶解性能和热性能得到提高,并且PI都具有良好的电绝缘性能。
In order to study the effect of introducing fluorene group,fluorine atom and flexible ether bond on the properties of polyimide(PI)films,PI films were prepared by homopolymerization or copolymerization of 9,9′-bis(4-amino,3-trifluoromethylphenoxyphenyl)fluorene,o-phenylenediamine(OPDA),biphenyltetracarboxylic acid(BPDA),3,3′,4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid(BTDA),2,2′-bis[4-dicarboxyphenoxyphenyl]propane dianhydride(BPADA),and the effect of fluorene groups and fluorine atoms on the solubility,thermal and electrical insulation properties of PI films were studied.The results show that with the introduction of fluorene group and fluorine atom,the solubility and thermal properties of PI are improved,and PI has good electrical insulation performance.
