摘要
目的探讨常规超声结合弹性成像对浅表肿物的性质诊断应用价值。方法选取浅表肿物患者70例,先行常规超声检查,然后行超声弹性成像检查,以手术病理检查为金标准,分析常规超声结合弹性成像对浅表肿物的诊断价值。结果病理检查显示良性54例,恶性16例,常规超声结合弹性成像检出良性49例,恶性14例。常规超声结合弹性成像的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确性分别为87.50%、90.74%、90.00%。浅表良性与恶性肿物的超声表现、血流信号分级及弹性成像分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用常规超声结合弹性成像具有较高的诊断效能,能准确鉴别浅表肿物的良恶性质,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of conventional ultrasound combined with elastic imaging in the diagnosis of superficial tumors.Methods 70 patients with superficial tumors were selected for analysis.All the selected patients were firstly examined by conventional ultrasound and then examined by ultrasonic elastic imaging.The diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound combined with elastic imaging for superficial tumors was analyzed with surgical pathology as the gold standard.Results Pathological examination showed that 54 cases were benign and 16 cases were malignant.Conventional ultrasound combined with elastic imaging showed that 49 cases were benign and 14 cases were malignant.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of conventional ultrasound combined with elastography were 87.50%,90.74%and 90.00%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in ultrasonic manifestations,blood flow signal grading and elastography grading between superficial benign and malignant tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional ultrasound combined with elastic imaging has high diagnostic efficiency and can accurately identify the benign and malignant nature of superficial tumors,which is worthy of promotion.
