摘要
文章以习近平总书记2016年和2020年两次考察安徽重要讲话指示精神为根本遵循,运用理论分析与现实比较,突出美好安徽建设的新目标、新坐标和新航标的“三个引领”,阐述强化“两个坚持”、实现“两个更大”的重大意义。文章对利用两次考察安徽的发展层次、发展布局和发展要求作“三重比较”,从而说明强化“两个坚持”、实现“两个更大”的核心内涵,聚焦理论、实践、政治“三个维度”,提出强化“两个坚持”、实现“两个更大”的逻辑依据。
Taking the spirit of the important speeches and instructions issued by general secretary Xi Jinping during the two in⁃spections in Anhui in 2016 and 2020 as the fundamental starting point,this paper uses the theoretical analysis and reality compari⁃son to highlight the three guides of the new goal,new coordinate and new navigation mark of building a beautiful Anhui,and ex⁃pounds the great significance of strengthening"adhere to reform and opening up,adhere to high quality development"and realizing"greater achievement,greater progress".This paper compares the three aspects of Anhui's development level,development layout and development requirements during the two inspections in order to explain the core connotation of strengthening"adhere to re⁃form and opening up,adhere to high quality development"and realizing"greater achievement,greater progress".Focusing on the three dimensions of theory,practice and politics,this paper puts forward the logical basis for strengthening"adhere to reform and opening up,adhere to high quality development"and realizing"greater achievement,greater progress".
