摘要
结合实际案例,本文从流体和空气两方面就水锤产生的原因进行了深刻分析,从气态现象和径向应力等方面就水锤对管道支架的影响及破坏进行了系统解析,从泵的软启动装置、检查及更换失效排气阀等方面就消除水系统管道水锤效应的方法进行了具体论析,试图对于预防中央空调水系统水锤效应带来的影响探索实践路径、提供参考思路。
This paper combines the actual cases,and analyses the causes of water hammer effect from the aspects of fluid and air.It systematically analyses the impact and damage of the water hammer on pipe support from the aspects of gas state and radial stress.And it also particularly discusses how to eliminate water hammer effect of pipeline from the soft start device of the pump,inspection and replacement of the failed exhaust valve,etc.It provides a method for how to prevent the water hammer effect on the central air conditioning water system.
