风机盘管机组风量和输入功率测量不确定度简化计算方法 被引量:2

摘要 风机盘管机组风量、输入功率的测量不确定度受随机效应导致的A类不确定度和测试系统带来的B类不确定度的共同影响,这两类不确定度分量可分解为干球温度、湿球温度、出风静压、喷嘴前后压差、喷嘴喉部直径、输入功率等测量参数不确定度分量。本文研究不确定度计算过程中各个测量参数对最终不确定度的影响,根据每个不确定度分量影响的权重,按照不确定度的计算要求,找出不确定度的简化计算条件,并提出简化计算模型,为实验室在相关活动中提供准确、简便的计算方法。 The uncertainty in measurement of air volume and input power of fan coil unit are influenced by the uncertainty of Class A caused by random effect and the uncertainty of Class B caused by the test system.The uncertainty component of each category is also decomposed into uncertainty component of measurement parameters such as dry bulb temperature,wet bulb temperature,outlet static pressure,pressure difference between front and back of nozzle,nozzle throat diameter,input power,etc.The influence of each measurement parameter on the final uncertainty value in the process of uncertainty calculation is studied.According to the influence weight of each uncertainty component and the calculation requirements of uncertainty,the simplified calculation conditions about uncertainty are found out,and a simplified calculation model is proposed,which provides accurate and simple calculation model for laboratory in related activities.
