摘要
目的探讨当归补血汤联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者的临床效果以及对患者肾功能和机体炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者122例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各61例,研究组予当归补血汤联合福辛普利进行治疗,对照组予福辛普利治疗,观察2组临床疗效和治疗前后血糖、肾功能指标、血清炎症因子变化情况。结果治疗后研究组临床总有效率(91.80%,56/61)明显高于对照组(76.09%,47/61)(P<0.05)2组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均明显降低,尿清蛋白排泄率(Uaer)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h PRO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平明显降低,血内肌酐清除率(Ccr)水平明显升高,研究组各项指标改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论当归补血汤联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者,可,明显提高患者临床治疗效果,改善肾功能和机体炎性反应状态,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with fosinopril in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy and hypertension,and analyze the effects of the combination of the two drugs on the renal function and the level of inflammatory factors in patients.Methods A total of 122 patients with diabetic nephropathy and hypertension were selected as subjects.All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 61 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with fosinopril.Patients in the control group were treated with fosinopril.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the changes of blood glucose,renal function indicators and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was(91.80%,56/61)which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.09%,47/61).After treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were significantly lower in both groups.After treatment,Uaer,24 h PRO,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 levels were significantly reduced,but blood Ccr levels were significantly elevated.The improvement of the indexes of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with fosinopril in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy and hypertension can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,improve the renal function and inflammatory response status of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
