松辽盆地古龙页岩油大规模压裂后闷井控排方法 被引量:11

摘要 松辽盆地页岩油藏丰富,与致密砂岩储层相比,页岩油储层微—纳米孔隙发育,孔喉细小,孔隙结构复杂,需要采取更大规模的压裂增产措施。由于页岩油储层渗流复杂特殊,要取得理想的产油效果,不仅需要选择好甜点和压裂改造措施,更需要优化压裂后生产方式。通过对井A页岩油岩心进行实验分析,结合渗流理论与放喷理论等方法,探索优化了页岩油压裂后闷井控排制度。根据岩心实验结果,初步形成了古龙页岩油压裂后闷井时间优化方法,充分利用压裂能量,确保压裂后油水渗吸置换效果;引入“油嘴系数”概念,实现放喷产量与井口压力、油嘴大小有效匹配,降低页岩油储层压敏效应。应用效果表明,在页岩油井压裂后采用闷井控排方式求产,能够充分利用压裂能量,促进油水置换,降低见油返排率,提高单井产能。 Shale oil reservoirs are rich in Songliao Basin.Compared with the tight sandstone reservoirs,the micro-nano pores are well developed in the shale oil reservoirs,the pores and throats are rather small and their pore structures are rather complex,so it needs to take more large-scale fracturing and stimulating measures.Due to the complexity and particularity of the shale oil reservoir seepage,in order to achieve the ideal oil-production effects,it is not only necessary to select the sweet spots and fracturing stimulation,but also to optimize the producing mode of the post fracturing.Through the analysis of the shale oil core experiment for Well A,combined with the seepage theory and blowout theory,the well-soaking and controlled flowback system after the shale oil resen fracturing was explored and optimized.According to the core test results,the optimizing method of the well soaking time after the fracturing has been preliminarily established,which makes full use of the fracturing energy,and the effects of the oil-water imbibition and replacement after the fracturing have ensured;with the help of the introduction of the concept of“choke efficient”,the matches between the blowout production,the wellhead pressure and the choke size have been well realized,thus the pressure-sensitivity effect of the shale oil reservoirs has been reduced.The applied results show that the sought postfrac production of the shale oil well by means of the well-soaking and controlled flowback technique can make full use of the fracturing energy,promote oil-water replacement,reduce the flowback rate of the oil presentation and enhance the productivity of the individual well.
