运营阶段列车平稳性试验的设计与分析

摘要 地铁列车的平稳性试验通常用于新造车的性能评价,是新造车型式试验的重要组成部分,但对于运营阶段的列车,目前还没有规范规定是否需要定期开展平稳性试验。广州地铁试行基于状态和健康管理的系统修规程,其中包含了用于评估运营阶段列车维修前后的平稳性状态试验。基于运营阶段列车平稳性状态试验,结合车辆轮对镟修、悬挂系统更换等不同维修作业前后的列车平稳性状态对比,展示广州地铁重点线路开展常态化列车平稳性试验给运营维护带来的初步成效。 Metro train stability test is commonly adopted to evaluate the new vehicle performance,an important part of the new vehicle type test.However,whether the train stability test should be carried out regularly in operation stage is not regulated yet.Guangzhou Metro tries out the systematic maintenance based on condition and health management,which includes train stability test in operation stage before and after maintenance.Based on the train stability test in operation stage,combined with the train stability status comparison before and after different maintenance work such as wheelset lathing,suspension system replacement,initial effect on the operation and maintenance of the key lines of Guangzhou Metro by standardizing train stability test is displayed.
