摘要
采用软件探讨温度、压力、管道的直径、二氧化碳分压、管道倾斜角等参数对管道的腐蚀速率的影响。经分析后得出,随着原油输送管道内部直径的扩大,管道内的腐蚀程度降低;随着二氧化碳分压的增加,输送管道的腐蚀也在增加;拥塞段管道的二氧化碳腐蚀速率比层流管道的腐蚀速率高得多。对多相流管道的腐蚀情况开展分析,对原油输送管道腐蚀发生点进行了预测。
In this paper,the influence of temperature,pressure,pipe diameter,carbon dioxide partial pressure,pipe inclination angle and other parameters on the corrosion rate of pipes is discussed.After analysis,it is concluded that with the expansion of the internal diameter of crude oil transmission pipeline,the corrosion degree in the pipeline decreases;With the increase of carbon dioxide partial pressure,the corrosion of transmission pipeline is also increasing;The carbon dioxide corrosion rate of pipeline in congested section is much higher than that of laminar flow pipeline.The corrosion situation of multiphase flow pipeline is analyzed,and the corrosion occurrence point of crude oil transmission pipeline is predicted.
