摘要
语言问题关乎国计民生与国家安全,应急语言服务在2020年新冠疫情的防控工作中发挥了重要作用。文章参照国家和地方应急语言服务的经验,结合海南省的特点和现状,集中探讨区域性应急语言服务的策略和路径,提出:搭建地方与中央应急语言“互动链条”;建立地方应急语言服务常态工作机制;加强地方性应急语言服务语料库建设;增加地方应急语言服务人才储备;注重应急语言服务本地化。以期有效提升海南应急语言服务水平,为构建区域性应急语言服务体系提供启发和思考。
Language concerns national economy,people’s livelihood and national security,and emergency language services have played an important role in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 in 2020.Based on the experience of national and local emergency language service,and combined with the characteristics and current situation of Hainan Province,this paper focuses on the strategies and paths of regional emergency language service,and puts forward the following suggestions:building an“interactive chain”between local and central emergency language services;establishing a normal working mechanism of local emergency language services;strengthening the construction of the corpus of local emergency language services;increasing the reserve of local emergency language service personnel;and paying attention to the localization of emergency language services with a view to effectively improving the level of emergency language service in Hainan and providing inspiration and reflection for building a regional emergency language service system.
