摘要
为研究五倍子与抗菌药联合使用对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌的作用,本试验从临床分离的菌株中筛选产ESBLs大肠埃希菌并进行基因型鉴定,采用微量棋盘法测定了五倍子提取物与抗菌药联合使用的联合抑菌浓度指数(FICI)。结果表明,本试验共筛选到产ESBLs大肠埃希菌26株,阳性率为32.1%,鉴定到2株SHV、OXA和CTX-M-25均阳性的产ESBLs大肠埃希菌。五倍子提取物对这2株细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为32μg/mL和64μg/mL;棋盘试验结果表明,五倍子与硫酸庆大霉素和环丙沙星联用时表现为协同作用,与头孢噻呋钠联用为协同作用或无关作用,而与阿莫西林、盐酸左氧氟沙星和氟苯尼考联用表现为无关作用。
In order to investigate the antibacterial effect of the extract from Galla chinensis combined with antibiotics on ESBLs-producing E.coli,ESBLs-producing E.coli was screened from clinically isolated strains and genotypes were identified in this study.Then the FIC index of Galla chinensis extract combined with antibiotic was determined by micro chessboard method.The results showed that the 26 strains of ESBLs-producing E.coli were screened in this study,with a positive rate of 32.1%.And there were two strains SHV,OXA and CTX-M-25 positive ESBLs-producing E.coli,and the MICs of gallnut extract for the two strains of bacteria were 32 and 64μg/mL,respectively.The gallnut extract combined with gentamycin sulfate and ciprofloxacin showed a synergistic effect.Combined with ceftiofur sodium,it showed a synergistic or an additive effect.Combined with amoxicillin,levofloxacin hydrochloride and florfenicol showed an indifferent effect.
