旋挖循环全护筒跟进成桩工艺在桥梁工程中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 软弱地层中采用传统旋挖钻机成桩施工工艺,存在塌孔(缩孔)严重、施工效率低、地下水污染、临近结构安全难以保护等技术难题。以重庆市曾家岩大桥工程所在城区复杂地质条件下施工及其临近结构物保护为例,采用旋挖钻机循环全护筒跟进成桩工艺,并与旋挖无护壁干钻孔、旋挖泥浆护壁钻孔、传统(振动锤)全护筒跟进钻孔、孔外地表注浆预加固施工工艺进行对比分析。结果表明,该工艺在降低成本、保护临近结构安全、保证施工进度和质量、保护水质等方面具有独特优势,是解决城区复杂地质桩基基础施工的一种优选工艺。 In weak formations,traditional rotary drilling rigs are used to form piles.There are technical problems such as serious hole collapse(shrinkage),low construction efficiency,groundwater pollution,and difficulty in protecting adjacent structures.Taking the complex geological conditions and the protection of adjacent structures in the urban area where the Zengjiayan Bridge Project in Chongqing City is located as an example,a rotary drilling rig is used to follow up the pile formation process with a circular fullprotection tube,and through the use of rotary drilling drills without wall protection dry drilling and rotary drilling mud wall protection drilling.The comparative analysis of the hole,the traditional all-steel protective tube follow-up,and the surface grouting pre-reinforcement construction outside the hole shows that the process has unique advantages in reducing costs,protecting the safety of adjacent structures,ensuring construction progress and quality,and hydrological protection.It is an optimal technology to solve the complex geological pile foundation construction in urban area.
