总书记对国防科技创新做出一系列战略部署,明确提出科技是核心战斗力的重要思想。学校自转隶海军以来大力推进军事医学科研转型,深化海军卫勤科技创新。为解决学校科技创新工作存在的矛盾问题,某军医大学在强化科技创新激励机制上进行有益的探索与实践。
President Xi made a series of strategic deployments for national defense technological innova⁃tion,and clearly put forward the important idea that science and technology are the core combat effectiveness.After transferred to the navy,a military medical university has vigorously promoted the transformation of military medical research and deepened the technological innovation of naval medical services.In order to solve the current contra⁃dictions in the university's scientific and technological innovation work,it has carried out beneficial exploration and practice in strengthening the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological innovation.
