摘要
20多年来,河北省经济快速发展,但是空气污染问题严峻,河北省为改善空气质量采取了一系列措施。为更好地总结河北省大气污染治理的实践经验,本文对河北省20多年来的大气治理历程进行了系统的回顾,从空气质量管理措施与行动、法规标准、监测能力建设、空气重污染应急响应等方面入手,研究了河北省空气质量管理体系建设实践。
Over the past 20 years,Hebei has experienced rapid economic development,but the air pollution problem has been severe,Hebei Province has adopted a series of measures to improve air quality.In order to better summarize the practical experience of air pollution control in Hebei Province,this paper systematically reviews the air pollution control process in Hebei Province for more than 20 years,and studies the practice of air quality management system construction in Hebei Province by starting from the aspects of air quality management measures and actions,regulations and standards,monitoring capacity building,and emergency response to heavy air pollution.
