摘要
土壤成分复杂,土壤样品中酚类化合物测试前需要经提取、酸碱调节净化、浓缩后方可上机测试。同等条件下,氮吹浓缩较旋转蒸发浓缩具有较高的回收率,酸碱净化会对组分回收率造成影响。使用ASE提取土壤中的酚类化合物时,提取率超过95%,完全能达到提取目的。
The composition of the soil is complex,and the phenolic compounds in the soil sample need to be extracted,adjusted and purified by acid and alkali,and concentrated before testing on the machine.Under the same conditions,nitrogen blowing concentration has a higher recovery rate than rotary evaporation concentration,and acid-base purification will affect the component recovery rate.When using ASE to extract phenolic compounds in the soil,the extraction rate exceeds 95%,which can fully achieve the extraction purpose.
