摘要
藉由"零件理论"的审视,学校竞争情境中的教师"平庸之恶"主要拜教师"无辜"观念的滋生、"无思"惯习的养成"、无力"行为的制造所赐。其消极后果主要表现为教师无辜观念致引臣民思想、教师无思惯习抑制独立判断、教师无力行为生成道德冷漠。鉴于此,文章从激发教师的共融意识、唤醒教师的反思精神、培养教师的公民责任等方面提出超越教师"平庸之恶"的可能性路径。
Through the aspect of component theory to look into the situation of school competition,teachers’ banality of evil is from innocent concept,thoughtless habit and weak behavior. The main negative consequences are: forming teachers’ slaves thought,inhibiting independent judgment and leading moral indifference. So,the possible ways to surpass teachers’ banality of evil are to cultivate teachers’ harmonious consciousness,form teachers’ reflective spirit and assume teachers’ civic responsibility.
