摘要 柔性薄壁轴承被装配到谐波减速器中后,内、外圈会被强制变形,成为椭圆,其损伤特征频率和普通滚动轴承完全不同。为了确定柔性薄壁轴承的损伤特征频率,先分析了此轴承的运动规律。普通轴承滚动体中心轨迹和节圆一致,而柔性薄壁轴承滚动体中心轨迹和节椭圆并不一致,研究了滚动体中心相对于节椭圆和保持架的运动轨迹。研究了柔性薄壁轴承的速度分布,证明了柔性薄壁轴承存在径向速度,这是普通轴承所不具有的,且径向速度的大小是时变的,这种变化的径向速度会引起轴承的附加振动;此外,其滚动体切向速度的大小也是时变的,这也与普通滚动轴承不同。基于运动规律和速度分布,对柔性薄壁轴承元件损伤时的冲击特征频率进行分析,实现了对不同元件损伤时特征频率的理论计算。最后,检测了柔性薄壁轴承元件损伤时的实际振动,验证了对此种轴承损伤冲击特征频率的理论分析。 When a flexible thin-wall bearing is assembled into harmonic reducer,its inner and outer rings are forced to deform and become ellipses,and its injury characteristic frequency is completely different from that of the ordinary rolling bearing.In order to determine the injury characteristic frequency of flexible thin-walled bearing,the motion law of this bearing is analyzed first.The central trajectory of the rolling body of the ordinary bearing is consistent with the pitch circle,but the one of the flexible thin-wall bearing is inconsistent with the pitch ellipse,and the motion trajectory of the rolling body relative to the pitch ellipse and the cage is studied.Secondly,the velocity distribution of the flexible thin-wall bearing is studied.It is proved that there exists radial velocity in the flexible thin-wall bearing,which is not found in ordinary bearings,and furthermore,the radial velocity is time-varying,which causes the additional vibration of the bearing.In addition,the tangential velocity of the rolling elements is also time-varying,which is also different from the ordinary rolling bearing.Based on the motion law and velocity distribution,the shock characteristic frequency caused by the injured elements of the flexible thin-wall bearing is studied,and the theoretical calculation of characteristic frequency for different injured elements is realized.Finally,the actual vibration of the flexible thin-wall bearing when its elements are injured is detected,which verifies the theoretical analysis about the shock characteristic frequency.
