摘要
目的研究桑生地黄汤对代谢综合征大鼠脂肪因子的干预作用,探讨桑生地黄汤作用机制。方法通过高脂高糖高胆固醇饲料饲养50只SD大鼠12周造成营养过剩型代谢综合征大鼠模型,成模后分为模型组、二甲双胍组、桑生地黄汤高、中、低剂量组,模型组予生理盐水灌胃,二甲双胍组予二甲双胍灌胃,桑生地黄汤高中低剂量组,分别给予相应浓度药物灌胃,治疗4周。结果模型组大鼠各脂肪因子水平均有明显升高/降低,其中桑生地黄汤高剂量组脂联素水平升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高中剂量组瘦素水平均降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),二甲双胍组脂联素水平升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),网膜素水平升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桑生地黄汤与二甲双胍对代谢综合征大鼠部分脂肪因子有干预作用,作用位点有异同,桑生地黄汤是治疗代谢综合征的有效方剂。
Objective To study the intervention effect of Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction on adipokines in rats with metabolic syndrome,and explore the mechanism of Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction.Methods The wisterrats were fed with high-fat,high-sugar and high-cholesterol diet for 12 weeks to create a hypertrophic typemetabolic syndrome model.After molding,they were divided into model group,control group,high,medium and low dose groups of Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction.The model group was given normal saline.The control group was given metformin.And the high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups of Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction,and were given the corresponding concentrations of drugs respectively treated for 4 weeks.Results The levels of adipokines in the model group were significantly increased/decreased.Among them,the adiponectin level in the Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction high-dose group increased,which was significantly different from the model group(P<0.05).The high-medium-dose group The level of leptin decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.05).The adiponectin level in the metformin group increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.05).The level of omentin increased High,the difference is statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction and metformin groups had significant effects on some lipids in rats with metabolic syndrome.There are similarities and differences in the action sites.Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of Metabolic Syndrome.
