摘要
物流配送是物流业务的终端环节,该环节涉及配送线路规划、配送模式和方式的选择等业务环节,现实生产中常常因各种因素的影响而无法实施最优的线路规划和配送模式与方式,从而致使物流配送质量不尽人意。文章运用AHP层次分析法对影响城乡物流配送中的因素进行排序,并对海南省城乡物流配送相关数据进行检验,找出影响海南城乡物流配送的主要因素,最后在此基础上给出提升海南城乡物流配送质量的策略建议。
Logistics Distribution is the terminal link of logistics business, which involves the business links such as distribution route planning, distribution mode and mode selection, etc.. In reality, the optimal route planning and distribution mode can’t be implemented because of the influence of various factors,which leads to the unsatisfactory quality of logistics distribution. In this paper, AHP is used to rank the influencing factors in urban-rural logistics distribution, and the data of urban-rural logistics distribution in Hainan Province are used to test the factors, so as to find out the main influencing factors of urbanrural logistics distribution in Hainan, finally, on this basis to improve the quality of urban and rural logistics distribution in Hainan strategic recommendations.
